in the name of Phillips on 20 Dec., 1781 which has since been assigned
to John Purdy.
Heirs of Thomas Prather dec'd of Mercer Co., Were: Margaret Prather,
now wife of Ephriam Lillard, and wife Margaret of one part and John
Purdy of Wash. Co. other part, assignee of Theophilus Phillips dec'd
