    to be a Knox for this to happen.#2-Isaac is buried in Coffee co.TN,which
    borders Rutherford co.on the southeast.#3-Isaac was married in 1783,Cynthia was
    born 1783.#4-Isaac lived in KY before He lived in TN.TN was KY before it split
    off.Phillip Prater married Cynthia in Puluski,TN.#5-These families were the
    very first settlers in this part of TN,The odd's are they are family.

    Cynthia Eoff was thought to be the daughter of Isaac Eoff and sister to
    John Eoff who married Elizabeth Prather (1850 census Div. #2, Pulaski Co.,Ky.
