  !Her portion of the barony,called to this day the Countess of Warrick'fee,or the serjeancy of the Countess of Warrick,to which the castle was attached,came to the crown,and was granted by King Edward l.in 1277,to Randal de Merton, who having th e same year conveyed it to the family of Praers.It passed with other estates by female heirs to the Foulshursts.This is fron the GENEALOGIST edited by H.W.Forsyth Harwood,vol Xll,LDS #36267.This article gives all the property of all three sisters. From the Barons by Tenure book,the three sisters were co-heirs. Philippa m abt 1205,Henry de Newburgh Earl of Warwick,(q.v.)(Rot.Fin.7 Joh.m 17).He d. 10th Oct 1229.She m.(2),bef Jan.1234,Richard Siward,(Pat.18 Hen.3 m 16).but from him was divorced.She d.without issue shortly bef.19th Nov.1265,when her inheritance dexscended to the children of Alice,her youngest sister,(Rot.Fin.50 Hen.3 m 9).
