  !Her name in 1623 visitation is Goldsbro'.Her m. name is spelled Mervyn in her mothers will.Mentioned in her husband's will in 1599.East Knoyle is a Parish adjoining Pertwood.He was possessed of considerable property in Wiltshire,including the Manor of Pertwood,and lands in Fountel-Bishop,Stopp,Hyndon,Fountel-Giffard,and Chicklade,as appears by an Inquis ition taken after his death,which records that he died on 24 June 1601.His will was dated 8 May 1599,and was proved in London,by his son Thomas,on the 13 Nov.1601.By his wife Melior Goldsborough,who survived him.
