He m.Alice.sister and co-heir to William de Briwere the younger;and with her obtained the Lordship of Axminster, Tor,Bradworthy,&etc,Devon.(C1.17 Hen.3.m 8;Mon.Ang.I.930a n 40 ).By her had issue.He d.shortly before 11th June 1214,when Henry Fitz Count obtained the custody of his lands and heir,(C1.15 Joh.m 4).
