  !3rd Baron son and heir,of Lagham,Stanton,etc. Aged 15 at his father's death.He was summoned to Parliament from 1st Aug.1327 till 18th Feb.1331,but not after.He married,before 10 Nov.1320,Catherine daughter of Geoffrey de Say,and by her had issue.Roger,son and heir.He died 8th April 1349.His widow granted all her right in Lagham to Sir Nicholas de Louv ain and Margaret his wife,23rd March 1351.
