  son and heir,of Warminster and Castle-Holgate.Born abt 1186.being of full age 13th Feb.1207.(C1.8 Joh.m 3).He joined the Barons aainst John,and his manor of Warminster was given to Ralph de Gernon,1st Sept.1216,and Castle-Holgate to Hugh Mortimer,13 Sept..All his other lands in Wilts,Salop,and Hants,were granted to Robert de Ferrers,15th March 1217.but ha ving made his peace,he had restitution 15th Sept.1217.He attended the King at the seige of Bitham Castle,1221,Constable of Bridgenorth Castle,30 dec.1225.He had a grnt of free-warren in Warminster,28th Dec.1231.Lord of Dean and Grateley,Hants.H e died shortly before 10th June 1244.
