  !8th Baron,brother and heir.aged 14 at his brother's death.Although still a minor,he had licence to marry whom he might wish,17th Dec.1423 (Pat.2 Hen.6.p 3.m 25).Fought in France 1426.He was summoned to Parliament in 1429 He married Alianore,daughter of Richard Beauchamp Earl of Warwick (by Elizabeth his wife,daughter and heiress of Thomas Lord Berkeley ).She was coheiress of her mother,as to the Baronies of Berkeley and Lisle.
