  *Azariah was a Revol. Soldier, Montgomery Co.,Md. Militia, 19 Jan. 1778, 2nd Squad, 1st. Battallion, 32nd Regiment, Co. #5, with his brother and father. He Witnessed a Will in Clark Co., KY 3 Nov., 1800. In 1804 he moved to Louisiana. A deed recorded 20 Aug. 1808, in St. Landry Praish Court House, Opelousas shows him living there, also another in 1810.
