  Martha Jane "Prayther" as it is recorded in the Marrieage book #1851/88 married William Hickenbottom on 23 Dec. 1869 at Freestone Co.,Tx. and then married him again on 24 Dec.1870 in the same county. We don't know why they married twice, unless they had concerns about the minister that married them the first time or it could have been a romantic gesture ? ? ? ?
