  Julius is on the 1850 Henry Co., Tn. census and the 1870 McLennan Co., Tx. census. His Civil War records indicates he lived in Hill Co., TX. when he inlisted in the 6th Texas Confederate Calvary. He lived in Washington Co., Ark. in 1866 and 1867 where two of his sons were born. Family stories relates that he died in a runaway wagon accident.
