  James is listed in the 1830 Perry Co., Ind. census. He moved from Va. to Green Co., Tn. before moveing to Northern Ky. then Ind. In the 1840 & 1850 census he is in Edgar & clark Co., IL. and in the mid 1850 he moved to Grundy Co., Mo. He must have died before 1860 because his wife is listed as head of household in 1860 census.
