• Notes

  Abram was presented with a tortoise shell snuff box lined with gold by Robert Johnson of Gen. George Washington's staff./ Fought in battle of Loyalhanna. He served in the Continental Army. During the French & Indian War he was a Lt. in Capt.J.Beall's Co. from 9 Oct., 1757 to 8 Nov.,1758. He was also a Justice of the Peace for Antrim Twp. in 1770/71. The tortoise Shell snuff box has been handed down from first son to first son and is now with Paul Prather of Minnapolis, Minn. (1994)
