His death cert. states that he died of heat exhaustion and it also states that other factors were general Arterio Sclerosis due to age --- senile dementia. His muster rolls list him as having gray eyes, fair complextion, light hair, 5ft. 6inches tall. He is listed as "farmer" from Lawrence Co., Ohio
