    • William Dunbar was mentioned April 9th 1836 in Deed Book One page 551 and
      552 Deed Number 580 in Knox County Illinois as William Dunbar senior. I
      can only come to the conclusion that there was a William Jr.

      There is also reference in several deeds of William Dunbar, George
      Washington Dunbar where William P. Dunbar is mentioned.

      There was a William that was married in Knox County in the late 1840's.
