  During his residence in Cass Co. Tx. Mr. Prator served fro two years on the school board at Queen City and has served in a similar capacity on the school board at Lyford, Tx. For a number of years Mr. Prater has worked untiringly with other citizens of Millacy Co. for betterment of conditions among the agriculturists of that region and is a member ot he Rio Grande Valley Vegetable Growers Assoc.
