  Mrs. Hazel Prater Vinsent, Knoxville TN., 80 years old in 1999. During a telephone conversation with her about her great uncle, Thomas P. Prater, she stated that Thomas had come to their home to help replace a roof on a barn..... after doing so his wrote his name "Thomas P.
