Notes - * Doc was the 7th son, his family believes this is the reason he was named
Doc. (supersition in those days caused belief that the seventh born had
healing powers). He was born in Green Co., ILL. and moved to Meramac, Okla.
(Prob. during the land rush), he died there in 1912.
On 22 Apr.,1887 Frank Collins was born, his mother died at his birth. His
father left Frank with Doc & Eliz. to care for 10 days but never returned.
Thus Doc & Eliza. raised Frank as their own.
