  NOTES: The Prater children (Bird and his brothers & sisters) were in the family of Wiley & Mary Cormack in the 1900 Claiborne Co., TN. census. The Cormack family lived in Lee Co., VA. before moving to Claiborne Co., TN. Wiley Cormack had been married previously to a Mary Ristin (Riston?) in 1896. (Riston/Riston may have been Mary's maiden or married name ???) Wiley S. Cormack's mother was Mary Ann Cormack, she later married David Redmond in 1841.
