He is then listed again in Hall Co., GA. census in 1860,1870, and then his wife is listed in Hall Co., GA. in 1880 as Widow. Arkadelphia, Arkansas: To the Clerk of Anderson District, S.C. ] A power of Attorney of the estate of Susan Prator J.O.Young "The heirs of Philip Prather was the son of Susan Prater and a brother of William Prator who was the father of my wife, Elizabeth Prater, now Young and husband of Rebbecca Prator. They were of Bick Creek, Ark. Signed ; Col. John O. Young State of Arkansas - Clark Co. 2 jan., 1857. I Aaron Prater was acquainted with Susan Prater, widow of Philip Prater.
