    Kiowa, Okla. When he moved he changed his name to HARRIS, his mother's
    maiden name. That branch of our family continues to use the name HARRIS.
    He was witness to a murder in Bowie Co., Tx./ Later members of the family
    of the boy he testified against said they would kill him. Later they tried and
    he shot one of them in selfdefense. He was freed of charges, but the local
    sheriff suggested he leave town for his own protection, which he did.
